PARTNER - Cynthia Gili McGraw RA, LEED® AP+BC, graduated from the Tulane School of Architecture, where she received both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Architecture. During her time at Tulane she was recepient of the Alpha Rho Chi Medal and the American Institute of Architects Certificate of Merit for Excellence. Working professionally in South Florida since 1980, Cynthia has participated in projects for the Town of Miami Lakes, the City of Miami, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and Miami International Airport. In the private sector, she has designed facilities for Gulliver Schools, the Coral Reef Yacht Club, and many others. Several of her designs have won awards from the American Institute of Architects. Since 2009, Cynthia has been certified as a LEED® Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.
PARTNER - Gary McGraw RA received a Masters degree from the University of Florida College of Architecture in 1976. Upon graduation, Gary practiced for several years in Southern California before returning to his home state of Florida. His forty-two year personal resume also includes many projects for Miami International Airport, the City of Miami, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In addition, other project types in his personal resume include both custom single and multi-family housing, religious institutions, warehouses, vehicle/aircraft maintenance facilities, hotels, US military projects, and recreational facilities.
